During Lockdown Reminder

Face masks are compulsory!  No mask means no entry.  If you have an exemption, we ask that you let reception know and then wait in the car or foyer until the doctor calls you.

It is even more critical during this time that you declare any COVID-like symptoms at the time of booking (e.g fever, chills, cough, sore through, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss/changes in sense of smell or taste).

Whilst in lockdown, everyone is eligible for a phone consult.

Phone Consult Update- July 2021

During any lockdown, phone consults are available to all patients with a valid Medicare card (and at the moment, bulk billed). 

When out of lockdown, phone consults are available for all patients with COVID like symptoms.

Face-to-Face Appointments

For the safety of everyone, face-to-face consults will only be available to those free of COVID like symptoms, or those our doctors have deems safe or appropriate to come in.

Everyone entering the clinic will also need to scan the QR code.

Masks must be worn inside.

Mask Wearing

Masks MUST be worn indoors. This applies to all visitors and patients12yrs of age or over (unless otherwise advised by our staff).

 

If you have a medical exemption or medical reason which prevents you from wearing a mask, please call reception from your car or outside to let us know (ph:9027 9988). We'll flag this with the doctor who'll call you in when it's your turn to be seen.

Appointment Bookings

If you have COVID like symptoms (.e.g fever, chills, cough, sore through, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss/changes in sense of smell or taste),

we urge you to let reception know and book a phone consult. Ph: 9027 9988.

 

To help keep everyone safe, anyone with COVID like symptoms will be asked to stay at home or wait in their vehicles for a phone consult.  Once the doctor has had a phone consult with them and deemed it appropriate and safe to come in for a face-to-face appointment, they may then do so.

Everyone attending the clinic from now on, must fill in the COVID declaration form or scan the QR code (on trolley outside entrance) before being seen. We also ask that everyone uses the hand sanitiser provided.  Anyone with symptoms will need to wait in the car and call from there.

Update - Gap Fee (from 3rd May)

As the cost of medical consumables and outgoings continue to increase significantly, we've had to make the hard decision to increase our gap fee for the first time since we opened. The gap fee will be from $22 weekdays to $25 weekdays. Different charges apply on weekends (please see Billing Update under FEES tab for more information).
