Phone Consults

Phone consults are for patients with COVID like symptoms or those who are having to isolate.

Conditions of Entry

If you have any COVID-like symptoms at the time of booking, please let our reception team know 

(e.g fever, chills, cough, sore through, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss/changes in sense of smell or taste).

If you have such symptoms, you qualify for a phone consult.

Appointment Bookings

If you have COVID like symptoms (.e.g fever, chills, cough, sore through, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss/changes in sense of smell or taste),

we urge you to let reception know and book a phone consult. Ph: 9027 9988.

 

To help keep everyone safe, anyone with COVID like symptoms will be asked to stay at home or wait in their vehicles for a phone consult.  Once the doctor has had a phone consult with them and deemed it appropriate and safe to come in for a face-to-face appointment, they may then do so.

 Anyone with symptoms will need to wait outside or in the car and call the clinic from there.
