Dr Yi-Lee Phang is a General Practitioner and Occupational Physician. He enjoys the full breadth of general practice, and believes that it is this breadth (together with the continuity) that is the mark of General Practice. Dr Yi-Lee enjoys minor procedures and dealing with occupational medicine. Dr Yi-Lee has been teaching GP Registrars for years, including several of the other GPs in the clinic.

When he’s not working at the clinic, he is an active member of the Australian Defence Force. Sometimes he even sees his family!

Dr James Crompton is a specialist Occupational and Environmental Physician who has worked in industrial health for nearly fifteen years. As a specialist in occupational rehabilitation from all manner of injuries and illnesses in the workplace, he is interested in rehabilitating workers partciularly with acute knee and shoulder injuries, chronic pain syndromes and also in the overlap of psychological illness in the workplace.

Dr Crompton is also an examiner of pilots and air traffic controllers (a DAME) and qualified to perform rail safety medical examinations. He is available for occupational fitness-for-duty assessments, permanent disability assessments and as a qualified Medical Review Officer, assessments of complex dependence matters when drug and alcohol dependence overlap with safety in the workplace.

Dr Semira Mollica Occupational Physician

Dr Semira Mollica is an Occupational Medicine Registrar and Private Surgical Assistant. Dr Semira completed her medical degree at University of Notre Dame Sydney, and trained at Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Dr Samah Mansour General Practitioner

Dr Mansour was born in Egypt and spent six years in Canada before moving to Australia in 2014. Her global perspective gives her a deep understanding of how culture, lifestyle, and environment influence health — allowing her to respond to each patient’s needs with insight and compassion.

She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2014 and has spent much of her time since working in Bendigo, where she built strong connections within the local community and provided high-quality, consistent care.

Dr Mansour is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based medicine with a strong focus on long-term health outcomes. Patients appreciate her attention to detail, empathetic manner, and genuine interest in their wellbeing.

She is now looking forward to joining the team at Essendon Fields Medical Centre and continuing her patient-centred approach in a new community.

Dr Hyun Su Oh (Daniel) General Practitioner

Dr Hyun Su Oh (Daniel) was born in Seoul and spent the first 12 years of his life there before moving to Australia. Coming to Australia without an English background, Daniel developed effective communication skills and an ability to adapt to any situation quickly. Daniel has worked with people from varying backgrounds and of varying ethnicities. Due to Daniel’s own experience, Daniel is especially diligent around practicing Cultural Competence and working alongside patients to connect with them and to support them.
Daniel graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015. He has worked across a number of different settings including regional and metro hospitals in QLD, and regional and rural general practice clinics in NSW. Daniel has worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and has a special interest in Chronic Disease Management, Preventative Health Care & Men’s Health now as a General Practitioner.
Outside of a professional setting, Daniel loves cars, photography, PC games, riding bicycles, kayaking, and riding e-scooters.

Dr Chi (Kellie) Hu General Practitioner

I graduated from Monash University in 2019. Since then, I have spent many years as a junior doctor working in various medical specialities across different hospital networks in Melbourne, mostly at Austin Health and Eastern Health. After having gained experience in paediatrics, emergency medicine, aged care and surgical subspecialities, I have decided to specialise in General Practice. I am completing my GP training this year and I am interested in all fields of General Practice, but in particular women’s health.

I am able to converse in Mandarin.

Dr Devona Govender General Practitioner

Dr Devona Govender is a qualified medical doctor currently completing her final term as a General Practice registrar. She enjoys the full breadth of general practice, with particular interests in women’s and children’s health, as well as chronic disease management.

Dr Govender graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Melbourne in 2020 and has since gained broad hospital-based experience across a variety of specialties, including emergency medicine, general surgery, general medicine, paediatrics, and geriatrics.

She is passionate about providing compassionate, holistic care and building long-term relationships with her patients and their families.

She is available at Essendon Fields Medical Centre on Thursdays and Fridays.

Mirjana Djukic Physiotherapist

Mirjana Djukic is an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellbeing goals. She believes in a holistic approach to physiotherapy care and uses a variety of techniques to assist in pain management including manual therapy, dry needling, myofascial cupping, and individually tailored exercise programs to help patients optimise their mobility, function and strength.
