COVID-19 Clinic Update - November

Snap Lockdown (12th - 17th Feb)

During the snap lockdown, phone consults are available for all patients with a valid Medicare card.

Face-to-face GP appointments are still available provided you don't have any COVID like symptoms.

Appointment Bookings

As restrictions are lifted and regulations are changing, we will be slowly transitioning back to face to face/in person consults (for patients who don't have COVID like symptoms).

As of Monday the 9th November, if you book online, it will be for a face-to-face (in clinic consult).

If you wish to book a phone consult, please call us to make this booking (Ph: 9027 9988) as regulations have changed.

If you have COVID like symptoms (.e.g fever, chills, cough, sore through, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss/changes in sense of smell or taste),

we urge you to let reception know and book a phone consult.

Anyone with COVID like symptoms will be refused entry into the clinic unless a doctor has had a phone consult with them and deemed it appropriate for them to come in for a face-to-face appointment.

Everyone attending the clinic from now on, must fill in the COVID declaration form (on trolley outside entrance) before being seen. We also ask that everyone uses the hand sanitiser provided. Anyone with symptoms will need to wait in the car and call from there.

Face Masks and Conditions of Entry

You will still need to wear a face mask upon entering the clinic. If you have a medical reason for not wearing a mask, we ask that you let reception know then wait outside or in your car. The doctor can call you in when it's your turn to be seen. If you are not wearing a face covering, you will be asked to leave. You will also need to fill in a COVID declaration form. If you have COVID like symptoms (e.g. fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose or loss/changes in sense of smell or taste), please refrain from coming in and call us from home or the car.
